Immersed in nature you will be nourished by life-giving raw vegan meals lovingly prepared by gourmet raw food chefs Jackie and Gideon Graff.

The retreat will be held at Rainbow Hearth Sanctuary, an eco-lodge and healing center overlooking a magnificent hill country lake. Rainbow Hearth is home to Medicine Rock, used by indigenous Americans as a sacred ceremonial site. The ridge has been described as an energetic power point by Native descendants. Medicine Rock has been a place of pilgrimage for masters, ministers and teachers of all traditions. People who experience Medicine Rock often gain spiritual insights and understandings that change their lives forever.

This powerful, natural setting will enhance our deep exploration of the alchemical art of personal transformation. These ancient methods incorporate a living food diet and solar nutrition to support lasting shifts in consciousness. You do not need to be eating a raw vegan diet to attend the retreat; however, you may find afterwards that your desire for a healthier lifestyle has been empowered into manifestation by your experiences at the Sacred Alchemy retreat.

Raw diet experts Jackie and Gideon Graff will serve as executive chefs for our retreat. The Graffs are dedicated to teaching and promoting the living foods lifestyle for mind, body and spiritual awareness. They will teach you how to prepare nutritious raw vegan meals that feed the sacred fire within. With their expert guidance and supportive presence, you will gain hands-on experience and master the secrets of the alchemical diet.
